In 1997, Alpha Xi Chapter lacked a consistent alumni relations program and a chapter house that had not had a significant renovation in nearly 30 years. We retained Pennington & Company to develop and implement and alumni relations program to lay the foundation for success. Alumni appreciate the increased communication, events are better attended, and recruitment has improved with alumni participation and referrals. Most importantly, our alumni now rank Alpha Xi as a high priority in terms of financial contributions. We have averaged more than $35,000/year since we initiated our annual campaign and we have raised more than $3.9 million in two phases towards the renovation of our chapter house. Their track record speaks for itself…I highly recommend Pennington & Company.
