The Alpha Delta Alumni Association and undergraduate leadership have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Alpha Gamma Rho experience on the Montana State University campus. Successful alumni and fraternity engagement resulted in a design and funding to accommodate a live-in capacity of 34 members. Here are the highlights of the improvements:
- Installed fire suppression equipment

Installed ADA compliant LULA lift and ramp

Provided high-speed wireless Internet and high-definition cable TV

Upgraded the insulation

Converted housemother’s suite into a study and guest restroom

Created secured pantry for food safety

Replaced carpet and repainted the Nook

Replaced the boiler with a high-efficiency heating

Added lockable door to dorm wing

Converted the basement storage area into the Chapter Room

Converted TV room into storage room

Built an addition to provide six rooms per floor with enclosed stair tower

Reconfigured room layout to 17 single rooms per floor

Increased size of Top Hat and Zebra for ADA compliance
