The University of Nebraska’s Kappa Chapter of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity reviewed the desires of its members and surveyed renovations other Nebraska fraternities completed to inform its successful fraternity capital campaign. A major investment was required to provide a beneficial educational experience and an up-to-date facility to serve young college men well into Kappa Chapter’s second century, including these improvements:

  • Two-man sleeping rooms with attached restrooms

  • Common gathering spaces throughout the house

  • New housemother suite

  • State-of-the-art HVAC, utility and fire safety systems

  • Formal chapter room

  • Dining room with seating for 88

  • Entry courtyard

  • Ample parking for residents and guests
