Gamma, University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s chapter of the Alpha Gamma Sigma fraternity, embarked on a fraternity fundraising effort to completely remodel, renovate, and add on to their aging house. Their plan includes the following upgrades:

- New west entry and lounge

- Apartment-style living
- Computer lab and study center
- Laundry room adjacent to theater room
- Structural improvements
- Security upgrades
- Updating HVAC
