Highlights
With two years of planning, and a robust fraternity capital campaign, the leadership of the House Company and alumni has created a response to address the challenges we face at 200 E. High Street. Through these conversations, a plan has been developed. For nearly 100 years, Beta Theta Pi has made it her home and we are committed to ensuring it meets the needs of tomorrow’s students with:

  • 51-man occupancy

  • Complete interior renovation and exterior improvements

  • Expanded dining hall

  • New living room with grand fireplace

  • Refurbished grand staircase

  • Library/study area in existing living room

  • Alpha Chapter Museum relocated to main house

  • TV/rec room with five TVs and tiered seating

  • Flexible classroom/chapter room to accomodate all brothers

  • Four new second-floor bedrooms

  • New second floor restrooms with private showers

  • Expanded staircase and elevator servicing all three levels

  • Enclosed hallway connecting two buildings

  • More individual and group study space with wireless internet access

  • Sprinklers and fire-rated doors

  • ADA compliant elevator and wheelchair lift

  • New HVAC system

  • New plumbing and electrical system

  • New roof

  • Basic site improvements, including parking lot, delivery access, property lighting, and landscaping
