To compete with other fraternities on the University of Alabama’s campus, the Delta Theta Chapter of Beta Theta Pi initiated a $3.5 million capital campaign project. Through fraternity fundraising, their new chapter house would not only be state-of-the art, but double the size of the previous facility with 19,500 square feet and sleep 36 men. Improvements include:

  • A state-of-the-art kitchen

  • An enlarged dining room

  • Increased capacity by 18 members

  • 36 single-man study rooms with shared bathrooms

  • Suite-style bedrooms and living areas

  • Computer facilities/accessibility

  • Life-safety components

  • Laundry facilities
