Delta Delta Delta’s Theta Kappa chapter developed plans to build a new home in the same location as their current facility on University Boulevard. This project will address all of their current challenges and house the chapter for generations to come. Their tremendously successful sorority fundraising campaign allowed them to:

Design a modernized home to accommodate up to 40 residents membership

Include unfinished basement footprint in plan design
