The alumni leadership of Farm House at Auburn University, through effective fraternity engagement and a successful fraternity fundraising campaign, determined that a new house be built to meet the needs of the Auburn FarmHouse Chapter. Highlights of the plan include:

  • Accommodation of 50+ men in-house on the current site

  • Mixture of single, two- and three-man rooms,

  • ADA-compliant accessibility throughout

  • Efficient apartment for live-in supervision of chapter house activities

  • Informal and formal, individual and group study spaces

  • Full-service kitchen

  • Improved internet access

  • Life-safety compliance with sprinklers, fire-rated doors, and code specifications

  • Large porch

  • Parking and green space

  • Dedicated athletic space and work areas for philanthropic Greek events, alumni

          reunions, and chapter brotherhood development
