Through careful study, assessment, and planning, the housing corporation for Phi Kappa Psi at Penn State University determined that modernizing the existing chapter house was necessary. The emphasis of the project will be on providing necessary renovations to the infrastructure of the house. In all areas, the architect has been instructed to address mandatory building and fire code requirements.

  • Install new finishes, including historical renovation of entry stair and living room

  • Build wheelchair ramp to chapter house to address compliance code issues
