The University of Oklahoma Greek System is still very much the pulse of campus life, and providing a fraternity house for Phi Kappa Sigma that is state of the art is a must. The newly renovated Omicron Chapter House will provide a sound location for the Phi Kappa Sigma Brotherhood. The goal of the building association is a high-quality facility that will provide a safe living and learning environment for many years for future Phi Kaps.

Thanks to a successful capital fundraising campaign, the following improvements were completed:

  • Restoration of dining room to original location inside the house

  • Improve energy efficiency, security, and provide adaptability

  • Increase size of functional activity area in basement

  • Develop outdoor activity areas with backyard terrace

  • Improve mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; add central heating and air conditioning

  • Meet city of Norman fire safety codes
