The Alpha Nu Building Company spent several years following a strategic plan in order to determine whether Pi Kappa Alpha, undergraduates and alumni alike, was ready for a major capital campaign and improvement project at the University of Missouri. After a series of deliberations, and months of assessment and planning with professional consultation, the alumni leadership developed exciting plans for a capital improvement project for their 80-year-old chapter house including its 1984 addition.
