The new concept overlays a similar east/west footprint to the 1950s Pi Kappa Alpha house at the University of Texas, but utilizes the entire lot to maximize space for a growing chapter. The new three-level structure will encompass over 30,000 square feet offering our students, and alumni, a place to call home in an environment built for the modern fraternity. From the sports court to the lounge—the private bathrooms to the dedicated study spaces—the new Pike house will be the center of thousands of students lives as a result of its fundraising campaign.
