Gamma Delta’s House Corporation developed a strategic plan, through fraternity fundraising, to expand Sigma Chi’s position and influence on Oklahoma State University’s campus and secure their longevity. A capital campaign to fund the plan included housing, leadership development, academic & personal growth, alumni involvement, and community relations.
The proposed renovation and expansion boiled down to a very simple goal—bring the chapter house into the 21st century.

Two entries to “open up” the lobby and to enhance the presence of the facility

Suite-style living to better compete with the residence halls and apartments

Enhanced the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
