With the help and support of Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation, Beta Eta determined that rebuilding the chapter house at FSU was the best path forward. 

Features of Alpha Chi Omega's new home include:

  • Increased capacity to 55 beds
  • President's suite with private bath
  • Commercial fire alarm system tied into FSU campus event notification system
  • New kitchen with ample storage and new equipment
  • Serving areas with both dining room and kitchen access
  • Private lounge space on the upper floors for residence use
  • Laundry room on each resident floor
  • Spacious community bathrooms on each resident floor providing showers with separate drying areas, storage space, and dry vanity area
  • Exterior building includes rear patio space, covered two-story entry porch, and elevated sun deck
  • Wi-Fi, security, and central audio systems throughout the house
