After several years of careful consideration, the Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter at the University of Texas employed the Omega Building Company to undertake a major renovation. A major investment was needed to continue providing a beneficial educational experience and an up-to-date facility. This $1,325,000 project, completed after a dramatically successful sorority capital campaign, consisted of:

  • Improvements to all bedrooms

  • Conversion of exercise area for four-person residence

  • New carpet and refinished wood floors

  • Kitchen upgrade

  • Security camera installation

  • New driveway, landscaping, and fence

  • Remodeled foyer, living room, dining room, and courtyard

  • New fire sprinkler system throughout the house

  • Addition of a 1,350-square-foot chapter room seating 144 members on a new second floor above the dining room
