Through fraternity fundraising and a fraternity capital campaign, they were able to update plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to bring the building to code. In addition, they were able to:

  • Add an expanded living area, a new dining room, and climate-controlled sleeping dorms

  • Convert the existing sleeping dorms into additional study rooms with modern technology upgrades

  • Upgrade the group study area and add a state-of-the-art computer room

  • Create two-man, three-man, and four-man study rooms with modular desks and closets

  • Upgrade the life-safety features with hard-wired smoke detectors, fire-rated interior doors, and the replacement of all exterior windows

  • Add a new elevator to give disabled members and guests the freedom to reach any part of the house
