The Gamma Kappa chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha at the University of Missouri is making a long-needed investment in their future. The Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Property Management Corporation and undergraduate leadership have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Lambda Chi experience at Mizzou. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that rebuilding the chapter house is urgent and necessary. Working with Columbia-based architect Bob Cunningham and Landmark Bank, the house corporation has developed a strategic approach to the rebuilding of the chapter house.

  • Build a new, competitive 15,203 sq. ft. house

  • Increase occupancy from 38 to 43 members

  • Provide more individual and group study space

  • Improve the safety of all members

  • Provide more areas to gather for brotherhood events

  • Give Lambda Chi a competitive edge in recruiting quality members

  • Allow the house to be comparable to new residence halls on campus

  • Upgrade the technology available to members

  • Comply with all ADA regulations

  • Meet all fire suppression regulations
