The Chapter House was built in 1950 and 1123 West University has been their home since 1966. While it has served the chapter well over the last 46 years, it is plagued with outdated systems, ongoing maintenance issues, and safety concerns.

Following a successful fraternity fundraising efflort, the Sigma Omicron Housing Corporation and building committee built a 22,000-square-foot facility that meets the ever-changing needs of today’s students.
