Built in 1931, the Phi Gamma Delta Chapter House at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has served Lambda Nu Chapter for several generations. The Chapter House has undergone two major renovations, the first in 1964 to build the “new wing” of the house, and second for a major renovation in 1991. The Lambda Nu Graduate Association has been preparing for a major renovation to the Chapter House since 2003 that addresses life safety needs and provide today’s undergraduates with modern amenities capable of competing with off-campus housing. The graduate association hired Studio 360 Architects to develop a plan that will address the long-term needs of the Chapter House. The Lambda Nu Graduate Association coordinated the fraternity fundraising and renovation that began in 2009.
