Built on a past filled with rich tradition and history, Tennessee Beta at Vanderbilt University remains an outstanding chapter. Through sorority fundraising and a partnership with Vanderbilt University, the Tennessee Beta House Corporation began a plan to relocate their chapter to a vacant Greek home on campus. This unique opportunity to address chapter needs and provide its members with a modernized facility will help Tennessee Beta maintain a competitive edge on campus while creating a warm, inviting space for all Pi Phi sisters for years to come.

  • Paint, flooring, and new drywall are needed in several locations throughout the facility

  • New furnishings and fixtures will be added where needed

  • Landscaping in the back courtyard and around the front porch will enhance the curb appeal of the home

  • New home will provide the chapter with twice as much square footage
