In order to remain competitive on the University of Arkansas campus and in the Fayetteville housing market, Pi Kappa Alpha must update their chapter house. A successful fraternity fundraising campaign will make possible the following house improvements:

Complete interior renovation of existing living facilities; new space will be built with suite-style arrangements

A total of 7,000 new square feet will be added to the facility

Construction of new addition above the existing living room to include a library, conference room, and recreation room

Renovation of existing foyer, commons, dining room, and kitchen area; new formal living room, patio, and deck will be constructed

New dedicated chapter room for meetings and initiations

New housemother’s suite and director’s office

Complete replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
