For the men of South Dakota State University’s Theta, the loss of their home to fire, once a historical landmark to members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, was a tragedy. However, following a successful fundraising campaign, alumni now have the opportunity to return better and stronger with a state-of-the-art fraternity house that will serve students for the next four decades and beyond.

The new home will nearly double the size of the previous chapter house and is competitive with what on-campus housing provides.

Highlights:

  • Well-designed and sized parking lot

  • Entire house is equipped with fire sprinklers

  • ADA Accessibility

  • Large rear gathering area/patio on a 140’ x 280’ lot

  • Potential remains for two future addition areas to the south and west
