The Gamma Phi Chapter of North Carolina State University’s Sigma Kappa sorority determined that the time has come to build a new chapter house. Through their capital campaign, they will raise funds for their goal. The new facility will include:
- Chapter room
- Elevator
- House director’s suite
- Library
- Formal living room
- Dining room
- Study lounge
- Vanity space
- Front and back porch
- Terrace
