Following a successful capital campaign, a renovated Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter house allows Kansas Beta to continue competing as a top tier Fraternity at Kansas State University by addressing their infrastructure needs and inadequate plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.This Sigma Phi Epsilon renovation affords an environment conducive to outstanding fellowship, personal growth and development, and brotherhood in a rich learning environment.

  • Provided 16,650 square feet to hold 67 brothers

  • Incorporated resident learning center

  • Created dedicated out-of-house brother study areas

  • Added two additional restrooms featuring:

    • Six additional toilets

    • Six additional lavatories

    • New private shower stalls

  • Expanded dining with after-hours kitchenette

  • Reduced size of sleeping dorms

  • Installed new mechanical systems (plumbing, mechanical, and electrical)

  • Raised ceilings in the living and dining rooms

  • Installed computer networking and Internet access

  • Added a new recreational sport court

  • Upgraded life-safety features (full fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems)
